Terms and Conditions – Ink My Heart Tattoos

By using Ink My Heart Tattoos services and website, you agree to the following:

Appointments may require a deposit and are subject to cancellation and no-show policies.

You must provide accurate personal and medical information.

You must be legally eligible to receive tattoo or piercing services.

Signed consent forms are required before any procedure.

All services are provided at your own risk.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Payment, Deposit & Appointment Policy

By making a payment, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services from Ink My Heart Tattoos, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final. All tattoo services, deposits, gift certificates, and merchandise purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been made.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits. All deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment date, artist’s time, and design preparation. Deposits may be applied toward your tattoo appointment but cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.

3. Rescheduling Policy. Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Appointments rescheduled with proper notice will retain the original deposit and may be moved to a new date based on artist availability.

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows. Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, arriving more than 30 minutes late, or failing to appear for the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

5. Design Changes. Minor design adjustments are included. Significant changes requested after the design process has begun may require additional design fees or a new deposit.

6. Client Approval. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the design, spelling, size, placement, and orientation before the tattoo procedure begins. Once the tattoo has started, Ink My Heart Tattoos is not responsible for changes of mind regarding approved artwork.

7. Healing Results. Individual healing results vary. Ink My Heart Tattoos cannot guarantee identical healing outcomes due to differences in skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, medications, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Touch-Ups. Touch-ups are provided at the artist’s discretion. Improper aftercare, excessive sun exposure, picking, scratching, or damage caused by the client may result in additional charges.

9. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks. By making payment, the client acknowledges that services are custom artistic services specifically created for them. The client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for completed services, approved deposits, or custom artwork. Any fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in collection efforts and legal action to recover the balance, fees, and associated costs.

10. Photography Consent. Ink My Heart Tattoos reserves the right to photograph completed work and use such images for promotional, educational, social media, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client before the appointment.

11. Right to Refuse Service. Ink My Heart Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety reasons, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, harassment, or failure to comply with shop policies.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our website, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Ink My Heart Tattoos related to appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and branding belong to Ink My Heart Tattoos and may not be used without permission.
